Claritas Tax acts for shareholders of Hiplok on sale of a majority holding

Leamington Spa based Plus 8 Industries, trading as Hiplok has been acquired by Uvex sports group – a German sporting group. Hiplok was founded in 2011 by co-founders and product designers Ben Smith and John Abrahams who first launched the wearable bike lock.

Expanding their range of products each year, including the brand’s security and storage line up.

Under the new partnership with uvex sports group, the co-founders will continue at the helm as the brand embarks on the next phase of its product development and international growth plans.
