Claritas Tax have advised on the sale of Autotrak Portable Roadways to AIM Listed, Facilities by ADF PLC, with Peter Hully providing tax advice to the selling shareholders.
Autotrak, are a major supplier of temporary roadways and one of the UK’s largest suppliers to the film and TV industry. This strategic sale will help the growth of both parties and bolster ADF’s positioning within the film and high-end television (HETV) sector.
