Claritas Tax are delighted to have advised Ben Round, Group CFO, and the wider senior management team of Corstorphine & Wright on the acquisition of Lipton Plant Architects, which completed on Monday 30th January 2023.
Corstorphine & Wright are an award-winning architectural practice with 11 studios across the UK. They design memorable places delivering outstanding schemes from breathing new life back into old structures, to forging and strengthening communities.
London based Lipton Plant Architects was founded back in 2002. With two decades in business and well over 500 completed projects to their name across the residential, commercial and community sectors, they established a strong reputation for creative design solutions firmly rooted in their contexts.
The Claritas Tax team was led by partner Iain Wright, and supported by Fiona Holloway, Katie Edwards, and Jack Moore.
