Claritas Tax, the independent tax advisory firm with offices in Birmingham and Manchester, is marking its tenth birthday by winning two awards at this year’s Midlands Dealmakers awards!
The team advised on the Acquisition of Solid Solutions Group by Trimech Inc, which won the title of “International Deal of the Year”. The firm was also declared “Specialist Transaction Team of the Year”. Nominations for the awards were made by members of the dealmaking community across the Midlands and the winners were then selected by a panel of leading figures and previous award winners.
Held at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Birmingham, the Awards recognise the major transactions in the Midlands and applaud the professionals who are enabling them.
