Who am I?

I am a Charter Tax Adviser specialising in Equity Reward tax, with nearly a decade experience from Big 4 and Top 10 in their Equity Reward teams. My expertise is in developing and implementing reward strategies that align with business objectives, while taking a holistic approach to consider both tax and commercial implications.

When I’m at work

I build relationships with my clients to understand their business needs and what they want to deliver to reward and incentivise their employees/directors. Working alongside the client, I assist with the implementation of management incentive plans, or provide advice and technical support during transactions involving employment related securities.

Each plan is unique to each clients’ requirements, and I help to meet those in the most tax efficient way possible. But I always like to say – you can’t let the tax tail wag the dog!

When I’m not at work

I am a passionate (and vocal) rugby league supporter, and hold a non-exec directorship at my team, Huddersfield Giants. I absolutely love to travel and always have a trip booked. I also enjoy socialising with friends, attending sporting and music events, and keeping active through the gym and yoga.
