Andy is co-founder of WayPoint Change, the turnaround boutique which he successfully established in 2006. He is currently also CFO of John Charcol Group, a specialist mortgage broker business as chairman of specialist cable distributor Cablenet Trading.
Andy has held several NED roles in PE-backed or private businesses across the Midlands and previously spent 25 years at KPMG, including 16 as Partner, where he established and led their Transactions Services business, growing it to be the leading diligence practice in the Midlands.
On his appointment Andy comments: “I’m very proud to be appointed Claritas’ first Chairman, having been a client for several years and knowing a number of the senior team.
