Settling your tax dispute with HMRC and achieving the right outcome

A challenge from HMRC is often distressing and it is important to appoint an experienced professional who is familiar with how HMRC work to handle the dispute and achieve the right outcome.  Tax enquiries and disputes can take years to resolve and are potentially costly both in terms of professional fees and the ultimate monetary settlement of tax, interest and penalties.

With a combined experience of 125 years the Markel Tax team have an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of HMRC to ensure clients get the right advice with a view to achieving the best possible outcome.

Markel Tax can assist with every stage of an enquiry to mitigate the impact on those most affected, from preparing detailed reports to meeting with HMRC.
