Claritas Tax, the independent tax advisory firm with offices in Birmingham, Manchester, and London, is delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted for five Midlands Insider Dealmaker awards.
The categories which they have been nominated for are:
- Refinancing Deal of the Year for the refinancing of DSP Explorer by YFM Private Equity;
- International Deal of the Year for the sale of Solid Solutions Group to TriMech;
- SME Deal of the Year for the management buyout of Premier Support Services;
- Deal of the Year for the sale of CET Structures to Homeserve; and
- Specialist Services Team of the Year!
Claritas are currently on a winning streak, having been recognised this year as the ‘Best Tax Consultancy Firm’ in the Tolley’s Taxation Awards, and more recently, they were named the 29th most inspiring workplace in the 2022 Inspiring Workplaces awards, which was a true honour for the firm as it demonstrates its commitment to be a great and engaging place for employees to shape, develop and grow their careers.
The team will be celebrating their 10-year anniversary in September and they have grown to become one of the UK’s leading tax advisory firms.
