United Glass Group who has their headquarters in Walsall in the West Midlands, has acquired London Architectural Glass (LAG) which is based in Hayes near Heathrow Airport. London Architectural Glass is a UK supplier of bespoke architectural glass to premium residential, educational and heritage projects throughout the UK. Expert tax advisors Claritas Tax assisted United Glass Group with its acquisition of LAG, having been the trusted advisors on previous similar transactions.
