We understand that many of our clients and associates will be dealing with the ramifications from Covid-19 and will be concerned about the impact this will have on their businesses and employees. In these unprecedented circumstances, it is important that we work together to find pragmatic and practical solutions to minimise disruption to our daily lives.
We are sending out this message to reassure our clients that Claritas Tax is still operating as usual in spite of the Covid-19 outbreak. Our colleagues are fully equipped to work remotely and the majority of our team have been home based this week with no disruption to our workflows, so we are able to provide our usual comprehensive service to meet the needs of our clients.
We have had systems in place to facilitate remote working for a number of years, including secured shared cloud data and encrypted end to end video conferencing. We also have arrangements in place to manage phone calls, incoming post and visits to our offices should this be required.
We are of course fully supportive of the need to reduce face to face contact, so we are able to arrange meetings over our Zoom teleconferencing system or by telephone as you prefer.
