ICAEW Tax Faculty have provided further guidance on areas of the Job Retention Scheme where there has been uncertainty.
The two areas we feel are of particular interest and could potentially catch employers out are:
8: Treatment of Holidays and Bank Holidays; and
9: Whether furlough periods can be extended.
