Claritas Tax has scooped two awards at the Midlands Dealmaker Awards today. Picking up SME Deal of the Year and Deal of the Year as part of each successful transaction’s team. Deal of the Year was the Shareholder Buy Out of Solid Solutions Management, and the SME award was given for YFM’s investment into Innovative Safety Systems.
Insider Midlands Dealmaker awards are the premier accolade recognising deal activity in the Midlands region, and Claritas Tax are delighted to have been successful in not just one, but two of these prestigious awards.

Claritas Tax was also shortlisted for a further four awards – International Deal of the Year, SME Deal of the Year, Deal of the Year x2 and were also shortlisted for their work on Corporate Social Responsibility, something hugely important to the business.
