The opening of these offices coincides with the appointment of two new Partners in the business – Stuart Brodie, who will lead our Glasgow office, and Rob Brown who will lead our Bristol office.
The new offices will further bolster the firm’s position as the UK’s leading independent tax advisory practice and, in addition to its current office locations in Birmingham, Manchester, and Nottingham, it will allow to build new relationships and recruit exceptional talent across these regions.
Iain Wright, Founding Partner and Head of the Birmingham office explained: “It’s been an amazing year for us. And we’re not stopping here. We have more plans in the pipeline as we continue to actively develop other exciting opportunities across the UK. Our office in Glasgow is in George Square in the heart of the business district and will enable us to provide fantastic advice to businesses and their owners in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, as well as across the central belt of Scotland to Edinburgh. Meanwhile, our Bristol office, based in Temple Quay, will allow us to serve clients across the dynamic economies of South West England and South Wales This is an extremely exciting time for Claritas, as we embark on the natural next stage of our growth plans and a real kick-start to the new year!”
Matt Hodgson, Partner and Head of the Manchester office adds: “It’s been an incredibly busy 12 months for the firm and the opening of these two offices in prime city centre locations will help us to capitalise on that. We are so proud of the team and what Claritas has built to date. The recruitment of both Stuart and Rob who are both well-known and respected in their local markets, as well as the opening of these offices, is an incredibly exciting start to 2024, and with plenty more in the pipeline.”
