Growing with purpose – Claritas has set a clear direction for growth and in achieving its ambition of being the UK’s leading tax consultancy firm. The firm has continued to strengthen its team across all service lines and aims to have over 60 fee earners across all offices by the end of this year.

The business celebrated a few notable and prestigious award wins which included the Insider Midlands Dealmakers ‘Specialist Services Team of the Year’ award and being recognised within the top 100 of the 2023 Sunday Times Best Places to Work. The firm was also ranked in the Top 100 Global Most Inspiring Workplaces, and in the top 50 in Europe, Middle East and Africa. A final notable achievement during the year was the work carried out by Claritas’ Transactions Tax team, who advised on 53 deals with a combined value of more than £950m throughout 2023, across various sectors.
